Weekly Meditation Group With Eileen Shaw

Join long-time mediator and teacher, Eileen Shaw of MEDITATION WORKS for Group Meditation every Thursday night at 7pm at the Healing with Spirit Studio which is conveniently located at 185 Lincoln St. Suite #300 Hingham and offers plenty of parking.

We welcome everyone, those who sit regularly with us, newcomers and those who come when they can. We begin with a guided meditation followed by silent meditation, a brief spiritual reading and reflections on the reading.

Open to all, beginner and experienced meditators.

Students of all ages and backgrounds are welcome.

Class starts at 7pm sharp. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled.

Walk Ins are welcome with arrival of 15min prior to class starting to register and get settled.

Eileen Shaw, BA, MA has been a pioneer & innovator in the practice of meditation since the 1970’s. She has studied with Sharon Salzberg, Thich Nhat Hanh, Jon Kabat-Zinn’s MBSR course and with several other teachers. She sparks the enthusiasm of her students for the powerful difference that meditation can make in their lives. She creates a deep connection with her students. Using cutting edge neuroscience in her teaching and spreads the joy of mindfulness practice in community settings ranging from schools to professional healthcare centers, and corporate offices. She offers three 8-week courses, Meditation levels I, II & III, Retreat Workshops, as well as individual coaching on meditation for the busy professional.

On top of our private practice, we offer a variety of spiritually, integrative, or holistic based classes and events with some of the areas most seasoned experts in their respective fields. Many of our experts come with decades of experience and training.

Our space is located on Rte 3A in Hingham with ample parking in front of the building, side, and rear of the building with entrances in the Front AND back of the building.

We are also accessible with the MBTA bus stop across the street and the MBTA boat from Boston in the nearby Hingham Shipyard.

There are NO refunds for events unless a class is canceled by the teacher.
