Weekly Meditation Drop-in Group with Optional Instruction PriorFacilitated by Certified Meditation Instructor Sue Poletti
at the Enlightened Soul Center in Ann Arbor.
For beginners to experienced! All welcome.
Every Tuesday, 7:00–8:00pm
Optional instruction: 6:30–7:00 pm
Beginning June 2, 2026, and continuing every Tuesday.
Donation: $10 suggested, pay what you can! No one will be turned away.
Sue Poletti guides a weekly meditation program designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful and supportive environment.
This welcoming drop-in class is open to all experience levels — whether you are completely new to meditation or have an established practice. Sessions are held every Tuesday from 7:00–8:00 PM.
Those who are new to meditation are encouraged to arrive at 6:30 PM for a gentle introduction to the basics of meditation and what to expect during the session. It is usually beneficial for people learn to meditate in a group, as the group energy helps with building the calm, peaceful feeling of letting go that we strive for.
Suggested drop-in donation is $10.00. Pay what you can! No one will be turned away.
Pillows, meditation cushions, mats, blankets, and chairs will be provided for your comfort. You are also welcome to bring any personal items that help you feel cozy and relaxed. Comfortable clothing is encouraged.
