Join us for a weekly guided meditation designed to help you pause, reset, and reconnect midweek.

This offering is intentionally simple and accessible - a space to step out of the busyness of life and into a grounded, supportive environment where you can breathe, soften, and return to yourself.

Each session will include:

• Gentle grounding and breath awareness
• Guided meditation for nervous system regulation
• Space to settle, clear mental noise, and reconnect inward

This class is open to all levels. No prior meditation experience is required.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally cluttered, or simply craving stillness, this weekly practice offers a steady rhythm of support and presence.
