Meditation 101 $80 Fee includes 4, 1hr learn, discuss & practice sessions on April 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th from 6-7pm
Would you like to improve your mood and reduce stress? Increase your focus and get better
sleep? Decrease anxiety and increase creativity? Meditation can help you do all of this and
more. There are many different ways to meditate and each week we will learn and practice a
different technique.
Anyone over 16 is welcome!
Wear comfortable clothing. There will be chairs, but you may be comfortable sitting on the floor.
So, consider bringing a blanket, yoga mat, your own water bottle and any additional yoga props you may need.
Class led by Cheryl Arden-certified yoga instructor, E-RYT 500-Yoga Alliance, Breathwork
Coach-Yoga Body, Group Fitness Instructor-ACE, Meditation Coach-trained in Transcendental
Meditation with a personal meditation practice of 40+ years.
