Come rest deeply with the harmonic frequency from the crystal singing bowls. In my Group Weekly class, you will experience firsthand how deep you could go in a hypnotic trance and leave the space with a calmed and balance mind.Each class combines holistic practices such as mindfulness meditation, gentle breathwork or yoga poses. Although a single session will provide deep rest, regular practice will help you build greater resilience to stress and anxiety.
In collaboration with Wellness aan de Zaan, this weekly class will be hosted at their Yoga studio at Zaanweg 100B.
