Every woman is welcome (everyone who identifies as woman), every Wednesday at noon at Free Bird Cafe, no agenda, no scheduled talks, just a great way to meet a bunch of other women that live in Chiang Mai or are passing through.Locals and foreigners all welcome! Meet a new sistar, arrange outings together, network, and share support and tips about Chiang Mai, while enjoying delicious, plant-based, local food.

Free Bird Cafe is a 100% social enterprise where all profits help support education for refugees from Burma at Thai Freedom House. We also have a second-hand boutique inside called Free Bird Pre-Loved Shop and Donation Center, accepting clothing and household items to be distributed in communities all over Northern Thailand where the need is greatest. Enjoy 1/2 off of all clothing in our Pre Loved Shop during the nomad girls lunch only for you!
In addition, you can purchase sustainable lifestyle goods, all-natural, cruelty-free, shampoos, body wash, cleaning products, and more.

We can't wait to meet you! The time is flexible, come between 12-2, there is always a volunteer hostess to greet you at the long table.
This event was started Sept. 2016 and has been a beautiful way to support women traveling or living in Chiang Mai with a safe space to come together, while also giving back to the local economy and supporting the only Social Enterprise restaurant in Chiang Mai. The founder, and owner Lisa and our whole team of staff and volunteers appreciate you!
Logistics:
There is plenty of bicycle, motorbike, and car parking on-site in front of the building and on Sirimangkalajarn Soi 9.
We accept only cash or Thai bank transfer, (prompt pay or QR code scan) there is an ATM at the top of the soi next to 7-11 and Makro.
