This is an in-person conscious connected breathing class designed for all levels.

Breathwork is a term used for scientifically-backed breathing techniques to transform and optimise your mental, emotional and physical state.
It is an incredibly powerful tool, which has the power to effectively hack into our nervous system, boost our immune system and restore our health.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a beautifully simple yet incredibly powerful technique.
You will be shown the power of your breath as a vehicle for healing - enhancing your physical, mental and emotional health; releasing stress and tension that we carry in the body, clearing the emotional body and leaving you feeling lighter and more connected to Self.
Conscious breathing allows us to listen to the messages from the brain, body & nervous system, letting go of any unhealthy breathing habits and cultivating a deeper understanding for the power of our own breath and our own body.
It’s a safe, natural, benign way to work which has been demonstrated to have numerous benefits but is not suitable for everyone. Please be sure to read the below for attending this class.
Contraindications
For anyone with any of the following conditions we recommend that you seek the advice of your GP/other medical professional before practising this session breathwork;
- Epilepsy
- First trimester of pregnancy
- Seizures (of any kind)
- Glaucoma
- Detached retina
- Psychotic states
- Borderline psychotic states
