Friday afternoon arrival settle in yin yoga, supper, hot tub, star gaze and allow yourself to let go of the stress of normal life.
Saturday morning yoga healthy breakfast hot tub walks chats, or read a book or sleep 💤 your choice.
Lunchtime yang into yin followed by lunch and restful afternoon or maybe an afternoon walk and talk. Maybe a deeper dive into yoga and your own practice.
Time to do nothing, read a book or take a lovely snooze, watch a movie again your choice.
Saturday evening yoga followed by supper, hot tub, movies, chats or sleep 😴
Sunday morning yoga flow breakfast last hot tub and breathe deeply after being held in beautiful space with like minded people.
