4pm onwards – arrival, settling in, herbal teas/warm fresh soup
6.30pm – intro, opening circle, yoga class (grounding)
8pm – dinner
SATURDAY 7th Nov
7.30 – morning mediation (30min)
8am – 10am – yoga class (active)
10.30am – brunch (2 courses)
1pm – guided scenic walk to Carlingford or free time
5 – 6.30pm – yoga class (restorative) + yoga nidra
7pm – dinner time
SUNDAY 10th Nov
8am – morning mindful walk (~1hr) or 8.30am meditation (30min) depending on the weather
9am – breakfast
10.30am – 12.30pm – yoga class (active)
12.45pm – lunch
2pm – 2.30pm – depart at leisure
