This program is designed to illustrate the entire digital journey, from a patient entering the practice to leaving with a new tooth.
About this Event

An event for both Dentists and Dental Technicians, this program is designed to illustrate the entire digital journey, from the moment a patient enters a dental practice for a consultation to the moment they leave with a new tooth or teeth.

Starting out in digital implant dentistry can be overwhelming due to the numerous options and workflows available. But what exactly can digital dentistry achieve? How do you begin? Is the technology advanced enough?

Typically, digital workflows are presented either from the dentist's (clinical) perspective or the laboratory's (technical) viewpoint. In this masterclass Steve and Martin combine both perspectives to demonstrate the complete digital workflow, covering every step from the initial consultation to the final clinical appointment.

The program will explore the digital workflow involving the patient, dentist, laboratory, and other external partners (such as milling centers) that facilitate a fully digital process.

Participants will also engage in hands-on sessions with intraoral scanners and the Atlantis abutment design software. These sessions will provide an opportunity to use the software and observe the laboratory stages, enhancing their understanding of digital dentistry’s capabilities.

This masterclass is designed for both dentists and dental technicians.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understand the Complete Digital Workflow: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the digital workflow in implant dentistry, from the initial patient consultation to the final clinical appointment, incorporating both clinical and laboratory perspectives
  2. Hands-On Experience with Digital Tools: Acquire practical skills in using intraoral scanners, Simplant, and Atlantis abutment design software through hands-on sessions, enhancing the ability to implement digital tools in clinical practice.
  3. Integration of Digital Partners: Learn how to effectively collaborate with external partners, such as milling centers, to facilitate a seamless, fully digital workflow, ensuring optimal outcomes for patients.
