Weekend Yoga in the Cleveland Flats
Wind down your weekend and prepare for the week ahead with a relaxed, welcoming yoga class in the Cleveland Flats.
Join me for an all-levels 75-minute Functional Movement yoga class designed to help you release tension, build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with your breath.
This month’s focus: preparing the body and mind for Crow pose — building strength in the hands, shoulders, and core while exploring balance in a fun and supportive way. No flying required!
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’re welcome here. Every class includes options and modifications so you can meet your body exactly where it is.
Expect a calm, supportive atmosphere where we move, breathe, and leave feeling grounded and refreshed for the week ahead.
