Kick off your weekend with our energizing Weekend Welcome Flow Yoga class, held every Friday from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Bloom Yoga in San Leandro, California.
Led by the vibrant Rachel Lipton (teacher subject to change based on availability), this mixed-level, moderate flow class incorporates a series of flowing movements to build heat and strength. You'll then enjoy a well-earned cool-down to leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the weekend.
We'll offer options and modifications for each pose, ensuring you're challenged yet comfortable throughout the practice. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class is designed to invigorate your body and mind.
