Weekend tea ceremony in silence

A slow Sunday morning with tea — a silent ceremony to settle the nervous system and realign with the early movement of spring.
About this Event

Hosted by our tea maven, Eszter, this month’s weekend morning tea rituals welcome the early gestures of spring — a subtle turning toward light, circulation, and awakening vitality. March is less about arrival and more about sensing: the first thaw in the body, the first movement in intention, the first softening of winter’s inwardness.

In February, we explored Gongfu tea — meeting the leaf through many infusions and patient observation.
In March, our practice shifts to Cha Dao — The Way of Tea — served with a side-handle pot. The emphasis moves from exploration to relationship: through the steady rhythm of tea, we begin to co-regulate — breath, pace, and attention settling together.

We will share a carefully chosen tea in quiet company, allowing space for sensation and reflection. The ceremony unfolds mostly in silence so awareness can sharpen — not to achieve anything, but to notice.

This is a space for those who feel the pull toward:

  • energy rather than goals
  • rhythm rather than resolution
  • direction rather than pressure

Come as you are.
Leave with warmth, steadiness, and a gentle sense of orientation for the season ahead.
Please note: We will be seated on the floor, with cushions provided. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothing, and kindly ask that you avoid strong perfumes or colognes so we can fully appreciate the natural aroma of the tea.
