Relax, unplug and find meaning in this restorative meditation weekend in the beautiful Northumberland Countryside with luxury accommodation (Single En-suite rooms, Twins or Double En-suites and Shared rooms) and delicious home cooked vegetarian meals. Spend time with other meditators and meet new friends or take time to unwind in the quiet and spacious surroundings.
Meditation weekend focus
Six meditation sessions over the weekend, practising the magical practice of “Taking and Giving on the breath”. An heirloom of the Buddhist teachings and our tradition, it is beloved for its power to heal, transform obstacles, and energise the mind.
In this weekend retreat, learn how to engage in this exquisitely beautiful meditation and how to integrate it into busy, modern life. By combining it with our breathing, we can learn to make every moment meaningful and see every experience as an opportunity for meditation and contemplation.

Booking and cancellation policy
- A £75 deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Full payment must be made by May 22nd.
- Cancellations are non-refundable, but bookings can be transferred to another person who can take your place.
