Hi everyone! I'm a local birth doula and birth educator and I wanted to let you know about my upcoming weekend immersive birthing class. It will take place over 2 days on December 6th and 7th, 10am-5 pm in Sacramento near Tahoe Park! These classes are also offered as a 6-week series with the next one starting in mid-January.
