TSI Acroyoga is excited to welcome Caspian & Laura from AcroSpirit to Tromsø for a full weekend of Acroyoga, learning, and play!
This is a rare chance to train with experienced international teachers right here in the Arctic — expect technical guidance, new flows, and lots of fun in a supportive environment.

Not for complete complete beginners
You should be comfortable with basic poses like:
• Bird, Chair, Throne, Whale
