Come join us on Thursday, June 17th at 6:30PM! Bring your mat, water and blocks if you have them.
The class will be held in the courtyard of the plaza , look for the YogaSix Tent!
Please arrive up to 15 minutes before to register and get yourself "sixuated"!

Meet Our Yoga Teacher:
Carol Germano is YogaSix- West University's Lead Teacher. Carol is originally from Brazil and loves living in Houston. She has advanced training in restorative yoga and also enjoys teaching all formats of Y6 classes. When Carol is not on the mat she enjoys listening to blues and jazz, hiking, dancing, eating pizza (balance is everything, right?) and spending time relaxing with her family.
About The Class
Our YogaSix Restore is a great class for Athletes to recover from sports that can strain their body. It is a relaxing class for all to rejuvenate your body!
