Tavia (they/she) is a queer yoga teacher & sacred space holder who loves creating relaxed, judgment-free spaces for people to move, breathe, & reconnect with themselves. Their offerings focus on low-to-the-ground or chair-based movement, creating a gentle & approachable experience for everyone, with an opportunity to get out of your head & into your body. Each session closes with a sound bath, inviting deep rest, integration, and relaxation. Class sizes are a minimum of 3, and a maximum of 14. You must purchase a ticket in advance to attend.
Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours and let’s drink some tea, smoke, stretch, and breathe together in a completely judgment free zone. If you decide that you would rather just sit on your mat and have a snack or look at your phone instead, that is perfectly acceptable.
Included in this event is a pre-roll, drink station, and snacks.
