This will be a 90 minute mobility workshop with plenty of smoke breaks throughout, taught by Jessie Kueser (aka "the fidgety skeptic"). If you've never been to her class before, she specializes in biomechanical movements in yoga. So come prepared to learn how to move! What we do on the mat should reflect how we want to be able to move when we're 70.
Bring your mat (we do have a few loaners, if needed) and let’s drink some tea, smoke, stretch, and breathe together!
Included in this event is a pre-roll, drink station, and snacks.
