The Wednesday Night Workout Series offers a free mid-week outdoor workout, sponsored by Methodist Health System and led by licensed instructors from Genesis Health Clubs. Workout types vary from week-to-week, including popular favorites like Zumba, Pound, Mixxed Fit and Group Fight.
Attendees are welcome and encouraged to bring a water bottle and blanket or mat.
