Come and join us reading together in (near) silence at the bright and glorious Brew ☕️📖 We meet here every 2 weeks on Wednesday mornings at 10am.
Just respond with “going” to this event if you’d like to come along. There’s no membership process, just tell us you intend in coming and turn up on the day with your book.
READING STARTS at 10.30 for an hour but I will be there from around 10am to say ‘hello’ if you want to turn up earlier and settle in and grab a seat.
There’s no charge to join us but our kind hosts allowing us to get together like this make exceptional coffee and serve loose leaf tea and it would be a crying shame if you didn’t get yourself one.
Doggy Friendly 🐕‍🦺🐩🦮 (though please consider that it’s likely to be a busy space)

VENUE ACCESSIBILITY
The main door is a double one that can be opened and has a small ramp from the street. The seating is split onto two levels and the upper mezzanine is accessed via a staircase. The seating is of various heights and styles and the tables are also varying heights. The counter has a lowered section. Lighter plastic cups and straws are available upon request. There are toilet facilities with wide door access. All of the staff are very approachable and will accommodate you to the best of their ability if you require any assistance.
MEETING DISCLAIMER
All our venues are open to the paying public when meetings take place so this may mean other customers may be taking up seats or -horror of horrors- making noise! This is something out of our control and most likely will not affect your experience too much.
Please be aware when you attend any of our meetings seating is on a ‘first come, first served” basis and there’s a chance there may not be any available seats for you. Every effort will be made to make sure everyone can join in where possible and it’s unlikely to happen but only fair to point out.
