Take care of yourself and join me in Wednesday Hatha Yoga for Beginners Class, at Elgar Centre, Upton, NN5 4EN, from 6.30pm till 7.40pm!You will find that yoga tones your muscles and makes you stronger by simply connecting individual muscles into trains. You will discover how much you assume about your body and how you can win it back.
