Join us on Saturday 4th October for a selection of free classes for new customers. In these 60-minute Discovery Sessions, we will break down and introduce you to the classes we offer. There will be time to adjust to the temperature, plenty of opportunity to take breaks and explore different sections of a Hotpod Flow class, with elements of the Foundation Flow and a lovely 20 minutes of Nurturing Flow too. Use code NEWBIE against a single class pass for your free admission. Classes will run:8-9am | 10-11am | 12-1pm with time for some light refreshments, to tour the studio and to discuss class passes and membership options.
