FRCS programs are offered to SOUTHINGTON RESIDENTS ONLY
You must request a ticket for each child that will be participating, including infants. (You do not need to include adults.) When registering please include parent name and child(ren’s) name. Ex: 2 tickets Parents first name (Child 1 & Child 2 names) last name
1 adult may attend per registered child
All aboard the FRCS STEAM train as we head down the tracks once again! STEAM activities are all around us and it is surprising to see how simple activities enhance a variety of learning experiences. STEAM activities encourage children to expand their horizons, experiment, problem solve, and accept failure as a means to success. STEAM-based activities help to teach children amazing concepts, and build a love for exploring, discovering, learning, and creating too!
Hop aboard while we spend 6 weeks engaging in hands-on experiences, story time, group discussions, and learning through exploration.
Other Information
· *This class is suitable for preschool children ages 3 to 5 accompanied by 1 supervising adult.
· Classes are held at Southington High School.
· There must be at least 5 families registered to run this program.
