The new Chair of Bicester Vision CiC, Lynn Pratt, will talk to the WBC audience about the bright future for the organisation and the town's businesses. Passionate about Bicester and a former District and Town Councillor, Lynn will present the plans for Bicester Vision CIC in the coming year with the goal of a sharper focus on support for local businesses and local authority engagement.
