With a single piece of aerial fabric set up as a loop or “hammock”, Aerial Sling allows you to build strength, flexibility and confidence in the air. Different from aerial yoga, this circus-style class focuses on wraps, inversions, beats and transitions for beginner-to-intermediate level students.No experience necessary for this mixed-level class.
