Join us for a free track workout (almost) every Thursday this summer. A certified coach will lead you through a workout that is available to all ages and abilities. There will also be a workout that coincides with the Run Minnesota Fall Training program gearing runners up for the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon, TC 10 Mile and City of Lakes Half Marathon. Track workouts are a ton of fun! Come out and enjoy some miles with a group. You don’t have to be fast; any level runner will benefit from a track session! This is a welcoming, inclusive group of runners and a challenging workout for all paces.
What do you need to know about Track Thursdays?
1. We meet every Thursday from 6-7 p.m. in the summer months when school is out and tracks are available.

1. All paces are welcome!
2. A coach leads the group warmup and provides instruction for the weekly interval workout.
3. All runs will be unsupported. You are responsible for your own water/sports drink/food pre-run, mid-run, and post-run.
A bit on Track Etiquette
• Warm up/cool down/recover in the outer lanes clockwise
• Run workouts counter clockwise in the inner lane
• Faster runners pass on the right. Don't worry about getting passed!
• Don't change lanes quickly without communication.
• After your interval, make sure no one is coming up behind you before stopping or move off the track to the inside.
