The largest Wedding Show in the Windsor Essex, Chatham-Kent, Sarnia-Lambton region the show includes over 190 Wedding Vendors to plan your big day with, 3 Boutique Style Wedding Fashion Shows, A Very Special Experience Ticket Package, a Spectacular Prize Package valued at over $20,000, FREE gfts and discountes for engaged couples and a FREE copy of the newest edition of Today's Bride Magazine for engaged couples.
Don’t plan anything for your wedding until you attend the Wedding Extravaganza ’26 show. This is the wedding event of the year to plan all your Wedding Celebrations including your engagement party, wedding shower, Stag ‘n Doe Bachelorette/Bachelor Weekend, Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding Ceremony and Reception. Whether you are planning a smaller affair, restaurant wedding or a grand celebration, the Wedding Extravaganza Show is the wedding planning experience that makes planning so much easier.

WHEN YOU PURCHASE SINGLE ADMISSION TICKETS OR THE VERY SPECIAL EXPERIENCE TICKET YOU CAN ATTEND THE SHOW ON EITHER FRIDAY EVENING OR SATURDAY AT NOON OR 2 PM.
THE CHAMPAGNE VERY SPECIAL EXPERIENCE TICKET WILL INCLUDE A DATE AND FASHION SHOW TIME ON YOUR TICKET SO THAT YOUR FRONT ROW SEATS ARE RESERVED FOR YOU. MAKE SURE TO BE IN THE FASHION SHOW ROOM 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE START TIME TO SECURE YOUR RESERVED SEATING IF YOU PURCHASE THE CHAMPAGNE TICKET.

With 190 exclusive wedding vendors, the Wedding Extravaganza ’26 Show is your one stop event to plan your wedding budget, get inspired by the latest wedding décor & wedding fashions, meet the newest wedding vendors in the area offering the latest wedding trends and bring your wedding tribe along for a full day of fun. Our shows are inclusive to all those who are in love and planning their big day.
At Wedding Shows Windsor we always end our events with many happy winners as we draw for our amazing prizes. Our Aisle Prize Stops are valued at a minimum of $500.00 each. The AM800 Media contest in partnership with Williams Food Equipment and our Social Media contest sponsored by Retro Suites are always show prize highlights.
This year's Grand Prize is a 2 Night Stay, Dining and Show Package inclusing some additional beautiful gifts sponsored by and valued at $3700.00
Discounted tickets are only available to purchase online and include complimentary mailing labels to use at the show if you register at no later then Thursday January 15th at 4:00 pm
Tickets will be available at the door during open show hours at regular pricing.
