Join Ellen for this Wellness Wednesday series designed to tap into the transformative power of mindful breathing.
Open to all levels of yoga practitioners and non-practitioners alike, this practical series will teach you how yogic breathing techniques can be used both on and off the mat to energize the body, navigate stress, enhance focus, improve sleep and calm the nervous system. You will learn about anatomy in a fun and engaging way, and use a personalized worksheet to discover techniques that work best for you. We will incorporate some yoga movement in each class.

January 15th
• learn the basics of breath physiology and anatomy in an easy-to-understand approach, with props and fun activities
• learn and practice breathing techniques for improved energy
Wear comfortable clothing and bring your mat, a bottle of water and a pen.
Ellen is an experienced registered yoga teacher and a Mountaingoat “alumni”. Her teaching mission is simple: offer yoga classes, workshops and retreats that leave participants feeling better and more in tune with themselves.
