Prerequisite for this class is Intro to Abstract Acrylics.This course builds upon the skills acquired in the basic class. Artists will learn about composition for abstract art, different tools and mediums to incorporate in a piece of artwork and how to start an abstract piece from scratch.
Each artist will be working on 1-2 pieces that they will complete during the 6-week course. This course may be repeated and new lessons will be added as artists advance.
Supply List (come prepared with a palette of any kind and quality paper towels, like Blue Shop Towels or Viva)
-canvases or wood panels, any size
-9x12 disposable palette
-Acrylic paints and mediums
-Acrylic bristle brushes in various sizes
-palette knives
-any art tools or materials you have
Optional Materials:
-Spray Bottle
-Color Wheel Pocket Guide

• WED PM, 6:00pm-9:00pm with Kristen Guest
• For intermediate skill level
• Age level: adult
