All Adults Welcome. This Wed Night session on the Open Floor is a lively and lightly guided Dance and Movement Mediation Practice. A mid week check in with self, in a held community space, opportunity to explore, release, feel, connect and move your groove!
New to Open Floor? -
How Wonderful! No previous experience or 'dance training' is required. There are no steps or moves to learn. Humans have always danced and movement lives at the core of being even if you feel like that's so far from what you have experienced of yourself to date.
This space allows for you to (re)connect with YOU and YOUR movements along side other Beautiful Dancing Souls. Inhabiting your movements, whatever they are, however they are...In the moment that are authentic to You. Total permission granted for your exploration and inquiry. This Space is non judgmental and free from criticism or any need to get it right, for there is no right or wrong way! What a relief!
