Join us for a joyful and reflective morning of creativity, connection, and community!
After the success of last year’s bauble-painting celebration, #WECAN is delighted to welcome back Steph Nelson of the Calm Creations Club for a festive networking event with a powerful twist.
This year, we’ll be creating ceramic Christmas stars - each one a personal reflection of your strengths, values, and the qualities that make you shine.
- Arrival, Networking and Refreshments (09:00-09:30)
- The Brain Balance Workshop (09:30–10:30)
Steph will guide us through an inspiring session on neurodiversity awareness, exploring how inclusive strategies benefit all brains. You’ll reflect on your own strengths and learn how positive psychology can transform workplace culture.
- #WECAN Focus Group (10:30–11:00)
Help shape the future of the WECAN Programme! We’ll gather your ideas and feedback to co-develop a programme which continues to empower women in leadership followed by a brief refreshment break.
- Creative Strengths Session (11:10–12:30)
Using the insights from the morning, you’ll decorate your own ceramic star - a beautiful reminder of your inner brilliance to hang on your tree or gift to someone special.
- Festive Networking Lunch (12:30–13:00)
Connect with fellow changemakers, share stories, and celebrate the season together.
