Frances W. Greenspan will be facilitating this virtual class (via Zoom) to help you get in touch with your spirit guides with the use of writing methods. Included will be guided meditations leading questions purposefully asking for information to be channeled to you. This process will assist in the release of the expected and unexpected regarding behavior attitude love response habits and fears.
This is a hands-on workshop – everyone will be encouraged to journal what they see hear feel sense and smell – throughout the class. Come to class with a purposeful question and be open to what spirit has to share with you. Bring a question journal and pen to the class.
I believe everyone has the ability to channel (connect with their guide spirit the source). Most people find it difficult to sit still long enough to listen or see the messages that are being presented to them everyday. We get caught up in our daily lives paying bills taking care of others working our jobs etc. When we learn to sit still focus on the moment be aware messages come to us in all different forms. Messages can come through a song on the radio words on a billboard in a dream. Ask a question and spirit is more than willing to bring you the answer if it is for your highest good and if you are willing to sit still long enough to receive it.
This class is intended to help those curious the beginner or those wanting to practice in a group setting. Are you asking: What is this all about? Do I have these abilities? Why does this keep happening to me? What is spirit trying to tell me? Then this class is for you.

Freedom - What does it mean to you?
Disappoint - Who would you disappoint if you did what you really wanted to do?
Heart Sing - What makes your heart sing?
Fear - What is the fear?
Should’s - What are your should’s?
Money - What does money mean to you?
Success/Failure - What does success mean? What does it mean to be a failure?
