Under the guidance of expert instructor Sian Pritchard, participants will explore the traditional craft of basketry while completing their own foraging basket.
You will learn the origins of willow weaving, foundational basketry techniques, and how to shape and finish your basket while chatting with other participants. Perfect for collecting fruit, vegetables, and garden produce, or as a centrepiece or decorative storage basket, this workshop is a wonderful introduction to the art of weaving.
