About this Event

What will the flow of group look like?
Info: First, we will settle into the space, we usually don't start until about 5 minutes after 7:00 pm to give that "time to arrive". We will then sit in a talking circle where we check in with each other, listen to stories/reflections of the prompt of the night (if you feel like sharing- passing is always an option) and have a chance to honor your grief by placing an object on our group altar. Then, for the last hour to 45 minutes, we will go into our group activity which will be set up and ready for you to dive into. These activities will be things you can continue to work on at home or complete in our time together.
