About this Event
Join us for a FREE Clown Accessory Making Workshop at the Pittsburgh Center For Creative Reuse!
Come make your own clown hat and ruffles! A create your own adventure where I provide the tools and methods I use for my own clowning costume. All skill levels welcome!! Clowns encouraged :-)
Creative Reuse is a supportive space, open to folks with any level of artistic ability. Our goal is to foster expression and creative community, not perfection. Just bring an open mind– we’ll cover the rest (including materials!).
This workshop is a part of our Guest Teaching Artist workshop series! On the second sunday of each month we bring in a local artist to host a workshop sharing their specialty. This months' Guest TA is King (he/they). Here's a bit about him:
"King Castillo (he/they) is a jack of all trades crafter currently stomping around in Pittsburgh. He uses second hand materials to sew/paint/journal/create anything those resources and whims take him to. This recent year has had a strong focus in sewing! Traditional art @uhohking and they dabble in digital @cowboymoonking"
