Good afternoon! Prairie Fire has made some changes to their course which means we get to cheer on the runners and remember our loved ones from a new location this year.
We ask that all volunteers arrive at 6:30am to the intersection of Rockwood and Armour (East Wichita). Take Woodlawn to Central, turn East onto Central and South onto Armour. We will utilize the side streets for parking.
A light breakfast and complimentary coffee will be available for all. If you do not own a wear blue T-shirt, one will be provided for you! Please use these shirts as your outer layer.
Each volunteer will be given a flag and a ribbon, honoring one of 150 fallen Service Members that is being honored during our race. Volunteers will then be asked to line Rockwood with flags and cheer on our runners. Please bring a chair if needed.
