Welcome to GOG Mother-Daughter Bootcamp with Sedgefield Sweat!

Where: The Music Yard at SouthBound (outdoor turf yard between SouthBound and Mac's Speed Shop)
Our Instructor: Jen Virion, fellow GOG mom, certified personal trainer and owner of Sedgefield Sweat
Don't forget to bring: water bottle, wear comfortable sneakers & clothes
Join us for a strength & cardio bootcamp class great for moms and daughters, ages 6 and older! Jen will guide us through fun bodyweight strength and cardio conditioning perfect for all ages.
