About your instructor:
Yamila Franco is a licensed financial professional and educator from Vancouver, BC bringing years of experience working with families, entrepreneurs and communities. More notably, her team is working to bring education to communities across North America to build generational wealth through the national financial literacy campaign, with the goal of educating 30 million families by 2030. Yamila has served in various boards to advance equity, diversity and inclusion such as HERE in Canada, SIETAR society and her previous entrepreneurial experience centers around clean technology, the circular economy and social impact. Yamila believes business is a catalyst for social good, and as such is an advocate for the inclusion and participation of underserved communities in business as a way to generate financial independence, innovation and advancing the UN sustainable development goals.
