Postnatal Yoga (5-class series)

Taught by Erica, this 5-class Postnatal Yoga series is specifically designed to connect back to our new postpartum bodies with a class that is gentle enough for anyone 6 weeks postpartum and beyond. No previous yoga experience is required.

These classes will help you reconnect to your breath, mind, body, and emotions after experiencing such a dramatic shift in your lives and bodies.

The use of pranayama breathing tools, mindfulness practices, and gentle yoga movements will help you reconnect to yourself, recharge, and connect with others in a similar stage of life.
