About this Event
The purpose is for people to meet each other from the comforts of their homes via a Zoom format, in a chill-vibe atmosphere, while also experiencing a group guided meditation.
This event is ideal for:
- introverts
- people who want to make genuine connections in an intimate setting
- people who don’t like big crowds
- people who may have health or physical limitations that prevent them from public gatherings
- people who don’t like to drive to travel to events
- people who don’t have access to a car or affordable transportation to travel to events
We will try to make this event as accessible as possible. This event will be conducted via Zoom. You do not have to have a paid account in order to attend. The Zoom link will be emailed to registrants prior to the event to maintain safety.
Closed Captions will be available for anyone who needs them. A sign language interpreter will be in attendance.
There will be a guided meditation "breakout room" available in Spanish.

Mindful Ministries Collective is a project of The Mental Health Emergency Fund, Inc. We create spaces for communities to come together via guided meditation and conversation. We believe meditation is a powerful tool to have in one's mental health toolkit, so we are always excited when novices to the practice come join us!
<h4>About the Facilitator</h4>
Jessica Smith is a social entrepreneur, mental health advocate, meditation facilitator and Mental Health First Aid instructor based in Baltimore, MD.
While she loves a good in-person event, she also has a gift for facilitating experiences in the virtual world that brings together other introverts to make powerful connections. She's excited to share space with you!
