After sex, drugs, & rock-and-roll tore them apart, each found a new purpose in life. For Javelin, it was Jesus & family. For Comet, it was K-Mart & her mother. For Goldstar, it was her 2 minimally-talented sisters.
Years later, when each is at rock bottom, the idea of a reunion tour becomes a reality, forcing each of them to face their demons, embrace the music within, and get over their petty grievances for the good of music itself.
Originally produced by Theatre Downtown in 2009, WE THREE QUEENS returns to the brand new TDT stage with revamped music from composer Flannery Whaley & an updated script from Billy Ray Brewton.
