Join Heather for a special class in honor of National Recovery Month, raising awareness and offering support for those recovering from drug or alcohol addiction.In this class, we’ll explore the Greatest Hits of Ashtanga Yoga in a fun and accessible way. It's open to everyone (who can get up and down from the floor comfortably), but come ready to sweat!
After class, stick around for muffins, coffee, and OJ, along with a pre-loved yoga clothing sale and time to connect with community. 100% of proceeds from both the class and sale benefit the Trini Foundation.
Suggested donation: $35, but give what you can. Donations can be made when registering or day of event.
