About REUNION (@thereuniondanceparty)REUNION is an alcohol-free dance party for women to the sounds of popular and eclectic house mixes. Created by Rachel Molenda / DJ RAE (@rachelmmolenda), REUNION was inspired by the self-expressive, uplifting nature of the rave scene to give women a safe, judgment-free environment to remember who they really are and catapult them into living their most authentic life. The experience begins with an opening circle, followed by a guided movement warm-up into free-form dance and is completed with a closing circle.

About Luna Women’s Ecstatic Dance (@luna.womens.ecstatic.dance)Luna is presented by Unity Productions and is hosted and stewarded by Reva Wild (@reva.wild)

A prolific and masterful facilitator, singer and space holder in the Toronto and Southern Ontario community, Reva brings over a decade of experience in dance, trauma healing, and feminine embodiment. She brings a grounded, utterly human approach to unearthing the messy, raw magick of what it is to transform the collective intergenerational pain we are all navigating into full, shameless aliveness. A teacher of sacred eros holding deep mastery in the art of untangling rational conflict, she brings a deep presence and calls women to their sovereignty and power through ecstatic play and invoking the primal feminine that’s been waiting under your skin.

Reva will also be crafting the DJ’d musical journey as WILDCARD and bringing her last decade of collecting and creating transformational playlists for ecstatic dances and primal embodiment to this honouring of the dark feminine. Playing with various styles across many genre's, her music invokes all parts of yourself to feel connected to express and ignite your aliveness.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES:Love & Respect YourselfLove & Respect Each OtherLove & Respect The SpaceLearning & CuriosityWe are fundamentally learners and invited to practise being curious. This is an invitation to recognize that every experience is a descriptively an experience that we learn from and to activate more curiosity and the creative and relational power that unleashes.

Practising Post-Judgement & Post-Shame & Post-FearWe commit to practising the alchemy of turning judgement, shame and fear into opportunities to connect, self reflect and get even more curious. We recognize that moments of judging ourselves or others will come up the same with shame and fear as they are learned responses and frames of understanding in our larger cultures. This is a space to practise what happens when we can recognize them and work to move beyond them.

Self Holding & Interdependent ConnectionWe dance with the paradox of sovereignty and connectedness. You are invited in this space to practise holding yourself, your emotions, your regulation and your sovereign choice and to practise inviting connection, co-creation, co-regulation and support.

Practicing Consent & Building A Fuck Yes Culture This is a space where we ask with our words, eyes and body language to invite contact, touch and dancing together. We are encouraged to go slow enough that we can really attune to ourselves and each other. We are creating a culture where it is common and standard to share our boundaries and desires so we can create fuck yes experiences together.

Holding the Sacred At the CenterWe are in the art of remembering what it really takes to hold our lives and life as sacred, holy and utterly important. Your body. Your breath. Your history. Your Learning. Your messes. Your magick. Your intention. Your speaking. Your eating. Your choices. Your connection. This earth. The water. Our food. The animals. The sky. Our Relationships.Learning to hold all of this as sacred is a key to relational power being liberated in our own lives and each others.

This is a SOBER space.Zero tolerance for alcohol or high doses of medicines or substances. This is a firm boundary and you will be asked to leave or a taxi will be called for you. We understand as a part of sovereignty, some folks may choose to microdose or smoke cannabis. At Luna though we are encouraging a sober container, we invite all medicines to be engaged with utmost care and in a way that keeps you more present and connected.
