Our focus on Wednesdays is to exercise collectively, regardless of skill level. Whether you prefer running, walking, skipping, or strolling, our aim is to enjoy the outdoors while motivating one another to achieve individual goals.We take a unique approach by not placing any markers or water stations on the course, with the intention of building your confidence in exploring new trails and meeting new running partners.
While most participants run or walk up to four miles, you have the freedom to choose your own pace and distance.

TIME: 6:30PM (ARRIVE 5MINS EARLY)

BRING: WATER BOTTLE TO TAKE ON THE RUN, HEADLAMP, WEATHER APPROPRIATE CLOTHES & SMILES ?
