About this Event

Once a pioneer, always a pioneer. Part of the original Expedition System, the Himalayan Parka made new things possible. Thirty years later, we've crafted the next generation with ultra-warm 600-fill down and a waxed ripstop that will patina over time. Built different, because we play different.

Celebrate the anniversary of this iconic piece by joining us in our Berlin flagship, Regent St, for a series of writing and styling workshops for the XPRL Pass members of The North Face.

In our flagship store, we will be hosting a series of workshops focusing on the Himalayan Parka’s place in youth culture and fashion.

Berlin-born, Producer, Low.Vision will host a beat production workshop so The North Face community in Berlin can tap into their production bag and celebrate the vast techno scene within Berlin through a syncretism of nature and technology, collection sounds from the Berlin cityscape and using Ableton software to produce bespoke beats.

Theresa Gross, stylist and photographer, will host a styling and photography session where members explore how to style the iconic Himalayan Parka and create their own distinct look, members will then get to to capture and take home with them their own contact sheet to create and customise contact sheets utilising polaroids, fostering personal expression and creativity.

Hosted at our flagship store in Berlin, workshops start at varying times, on different weekends, so please select your ticket for the experience and timeslot accordingly.
