We Grow Food is hosting a free, hands-on March Break family workshop focused on sprouting and starting spring seedlings. This interactive event invites families and children to learn the basics of indoor growing using both soil and soilless methods. Participants will get their hands dirty, learn together, and take home a planting kit with everything needed to continue growing at home. With two workshop sessions available, this event offers a fun and educational way to spend March Break while building practical gardening skills.

Workshop Times
Two identical sessions will be offered:
Morning Session: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon Session: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Participants must register in advance and select their preferred session.
What Participants Will Do
Create seed starters using take-home wicking pots
Learn seed sprouting techniques using soil and soilless methods
Discover simple tips for indoor spring growing
Participate in a hands-on, guided workshop led by We Grow Food
Take home a free planting kit to continue growing at home
