About this Event
Align your mind, body and spirit with a day of movement, sound medicine and community.
We'll start the day together flowing through a beautiful yoga flow led by Shawna Rose. Joining you all for an extended dreamy savasana of your dreams—Michelle will support deeper rest, integration and relaxation with the angelic tones of the koshi chimes, tuning forks and crystal singing bowls. Shawna Rose will provide Reiki energy healing during this time.
Winding the afternoon down with a yummy cup of tea, we'll circle together for optional journaling, self reflecting and sharing.
What to bring: a yoga mat, journal. You may also choose to bring something to add to our altar during our time together.
