We Free. We Flo. We Fit. We HIKE SWAN CREEK PARK!

Join us for a hike at Swan Creek Park in Tacoma on Sunday, November 23rd!

We will walk the trail system for about 2.5 miles with no more than 350 feet of elevation gain. You can expect an easy hike with views of a wooden canyon, forested hills, and a salmon-bearing stream (although we will be there after salmon season).

Perfect for all fitness levels! Bring your crew, wear your Free Flo Fit shirt if you’ve got one, and don’t forget snacks and water.

Parking is FREE. No Parking pass required.

Meet us at the Swan Creek Picnic Shelter at 10:00 AM. We’ll hit the trail by 10:30 AM sharp.
