Home Brewed Events and Love City Brewing are hosting a fundraiser to support Southeastern PA Planned Parenthood and WOAR, which is the oldest and largest rape crisis center in the state of Pennsylvania and the Safe Bars Program. Safe Bars empowers bar, club, and restaurant staff to stand up against sexual harassment and assault (cohost Love City has taken time to train their staff <3).Join us for a market featuring women, nonbinary, LGBTQ+, and allied makers. In addition to the market, we're hosting a raffle with amazing prizes provided by our supporters. A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to WOAR!
WOAR serves the Philadelphia community, and its mission is to eliminate all forms of sexual violence through specialized treatment services, comprehensive prevention education programs, and advocacy for the rights of victims of sexual assault. To accomplish this mission, they fight all forms of oppression, including racism and gender-based violence.
